Spring Compactor - Patent Pending

291 with a subcomponent fixed resistence block 290 and with a subcomponent fixed resistence block 300, a movable cylinder 304, a movable cylinder 293, a movable resistance block 292, a movable cylinder 294, a movable resistence block 298, a set of springs loading area 297, a set of springs 299 of height 301, a set of springs 305 of height 308.
In more detail, still referring to the invention of Fig. 10, in operation the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 293 raising the movable resistance block 292 clear of the top of the
subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 drawing the movable base 291 backwards towards the movable cylinder 304 until the set of springs loading area 297 has adequate room to load the set of springs 299 into said area with one end of the set of springs 299 against or close to the subcomponent fixed resistence block 300. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 pushing the movable base 291 forward away from the movable cylinder 304 until the subcomponent fixed resistence block 290 is adequately past the end of the subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296 to allow the movable resistance block 292 to be lowered down to almost touching the movable base 291. The later is accomplished via the hydraulic pump 306 activating the movable cylinder 293 lowering the movable resistance block 292 to the said position. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 pushing the movable base 291 forward compacting within the subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296 the set of springs 299 between the moveable resistence block 292 and the subcomponent fixed resistence block 300. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 moving the movable base 291 backwards just enough to relieve the pressure on the now compacted set of springs 299. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 293 moving the movable resistance block 292 upwards clearing the top of the subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 pushing the movable base 291 forward to where the now compacted set of springs 299 can be removed from the set of springs loading area 297 followed by loading the set of springs 305 into the set of springs loading area 297. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 pulling the movable base 291 back towards the movable cylinder 304 until the subcomponent fixed resistence block 300 is adequately past the end of the subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296 to allow the movable resistance block 298 to be lowered down to almost touching the movable base 291. The later is accomplished via the hydraulic pump 306 activating the movable cylinder 294 lowering the movable resistance block 298 to the said position. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 pulling the movable base 291 back towards the movable cylinder 304 compacting within the subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296 the set of springs 305 between the moveable resistence block 298 and the subcomponent fixed resistence block 290. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 moving the movable base 291 forward just enough to relieve the pressure on the now compacted set of springs 305. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 294 moving the movable resistance block 298 upwards clearing the top of the subcomponent four sided compression chamber 296. Then the hydraulic pump 306 activates the movable cylinder 304 pulling the movable base 291 back towards the movable cylinder 304 to where the now compacted set of springs 305 can be removed from the set of springs loading area 297 followed by the next cycle.
